30-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us at gexaweb@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Once your request is approved:

• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• Your access to the product (downloads, links, credentials, licenses, or subscriptions) will be revoked, and you agree to stop using the product and delete any copies you hold.

What this policy covers

This guarantee applies to all digital products we sell, including (but not limited to):

• Downloadable files (PDFs, templates, ebooks, software, etc.)
• Courses or digital content with online access
• Licenses or activation keys
• Subscriptions or digital access
• Any other content delivered in digital format

Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Fair use

Because digital products can be copied once delivered, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated refund requests across multiple purchases or evidence that the product was downloaded, used, and shared with others in bad faith.

Before you buy

Technical issues or delivery problems

If you experience a technical problem when receiving or downloading your product (for example: the file is corrupted, the link doesn't work, you never received the product, or the content delivered doesn't match what you purchased), contact us right away at gexaweb@gmail.com. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, resend the correct product or fix the issue. You may also choose to use the 30-day guarantee instead.

European Union consumers

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal by default. However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that you gave your express consent for the delivery of the digital content to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledged that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and accepting this store's terms, you confirm that you have read this information and agree that delivery of the digital product will begin immediately, waiving your statutory right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered. This does not affect your 30-day money-back guarantee, which is a voluntary guarantee we offer in addition to your legal rights.
